Anne B. Little has experience representing businesses and individuals in diverse practice, but focused primarily on real estate and commercial transactions, business formation including the purchase and sale of businesses, estate planning, guardianship, probate and elder law matters, and general civil litigation including divorce, and mediation.
Prior to joining Hutto & Lucksinger in the summer of 2006, Ms. Little’s solo practice involved primarily probate and guardianship matters including will and guardianship contests, and business and commercial matters and litigation. Before that, Ms. Little was Associate General Counsel for Burlington Northern Railroad Company, a Fortune 500 company, representing the company’s property management, environmental, operations and marketing departments.
