CASEY BURNS

Casey A. Burns has a broad transactional practice to assist individuals and businesses.  His primary areas of emphasis are estate planning (including trust planning and sophisticated estate and gift tax planning), probate and estate administration, as well as real estate and commercial transactions, business formation, and guardianship matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Casey practiced in the estate planning and estate section at Cox Smith Matthews Incorporated, a large downtown law firm in San Antonio, Texas.
